Cancellation Policy

At www.ranthamboretigersafaribooking.com, all safari bookings are governed by the cancellation rules set by Ranthambore Tiger Reserve authorities. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

Non-Refundable Safari Bookings

All Gypsy Safari and Canter Safari bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Safari booking payments are processed strictly as per availability and park regulations.

In case a safari booking cannot be confirmed due to non-availability, the paid amount will be refunded.

Cancellation Charges (If Applicable)

Where cancellation is permitted as per park rules, the following refund structure may apply:

75% refund of the booking amount if cancellation is made 271 days or more before the date of visit.

50% refund of the booking amount if cancellation is made 181 to 270 days before the date of visit.

25% refund of the booking amount if cancellation is made 90 to 180 days before the date of visit.

No refund will be provided if cancellation is made within 90 days of the safari date.

Important Notice

All safari reservations, including entry permissions, are provisional and subject to approval, modification, or cancellation by the Forest Department or the Field Director of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve without prior notice.

Once a safari booking is confirmed, no cancellation, refund, or rescheduling request will be entertained under any circumstances.

The website operator shall not be held responsible for cancellations made by park authorities due to weather, administrative decisions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen reasons.
