Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the website operator, while “you” refers to the user, visitor, or customer accessing this website or using our services.

Safari Booking & Payment Policy
All Gypsy Safari and Canter Safari bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Safari booking amounts will be refunded only in cases where the booking is not confirmed due to non-availability.
Payments made do not guarantee a confirmed safari ticket unless explicitly communicated after availability checks.
Liabilities & Pricing Changes
Safari charges are subject to change due to revisions in government fees, park permits, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges.
Any increase in applicable charges after booking confirmation must be paid by the visitor at the time of safari entry or as informed.
We shall not be held responsible for changes made by forest authorities or external governing bodies.
Advance / Current / Tatkal Safari Booking
Safari bookings are processed strictly subject to availability.
Advance or current safari booking payments are refundable only if the booking is not confirmed.
Safari booking confirmation depends on seat availability at the time of processing.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation.
Visitors may select preferred safari zones (Zone 1 to Zone 10); however, allocation of a specific zone is not guaranteed.
Important Guidelines for Safari Visitors
Full payment must be made in advance to process safari bookings.
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for every visitor.
The same ID provided during booking must be carried at the time of safari.
Confirmed safari bookings are non-transferable and non-cancellable.
Safari bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance, subject to availability.
Passport details are mandatory for foreign nationals.
Safari permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
The park may remain closed due to weather, administrative, or safety reasons without prior notice.
Visitors must report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled safari time.
Bookings made for the next day are treated as current bookings, and current booking rules will apply.
Park Authority Rights
All safari bookings and reservations are provisional and remain subject to approval, modification, or cancellation by the Forest Department or Field Director of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve without prior notice or explanation.
No Refund Policy
Once a safari booking is confirmed, no cancellation, refund, or rescheduling will be permitted under any circumstances. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
